Eight Extraordinaries
  • Governing Vessel: ​Treat patients with low back pain that may radiate into the pelvic, stiff neck, Dizziness, tremors, sexual and spiritual issues, blown out sacrum, headache in the top of the
    head (vertex), not feeling grounded, survival and prosperity issues.
  • Yang Qiao Mai: Treat patients with vision issues, hip pain, dry eyes, low back ache, sneezing, headache, stiff neck, cold symptoms. severe dizziness, facial paralysis, nervous
    tension, feeling overwhelmed, excessive thinking, control issues, frayed nerves, left/right side imbalances.
  • Ren Mai: Treatment for patients who struggle with night sweating, hot flashes, feeling hot,  irritability, anxiety, dry mouth at night, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, feeling of upward rising heat, low back pain, heart palpitations, feeling shaky or fragile. If you are unable to birth new ideas, or you fear stepping into new frequencies or new ways of seeing and knowing yourself and the Divine, if you struggle with sexual abuse issues and low self-esteem, this is the treatment for you. A perfect treatment for amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, and menorrhagia in women, and impotence and spermatorreah in men. This treatment helps regulate the uterus and menstruation, fertility, conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause.  Manage lumps and fibroids inside the uterus, hernias, chronic asthma. 
  • Yin Qiao Mai:​ Treat patients with Insomnia, or who cannot keep their eyes open, abdominal distention, abdominal masses, lumps, fibroids. If there is a left side/right side imbalance or feeling like you are walking on a slanted floor, or ricocheting energy, weak legs, slow energy in the stomach, unregulated vision, or pain behind the eyes. This treatment helps quell fear from deep seated abandonment: depression, introversion, insomnia, and isolation.
  • Chong Mai: Treat patients with a fullness or constriction or pain in the abdomen or chest; dysmenorrhea, gas, stomach gurgling, abdominal distention, abdominal masses,
    poor appetite, poor food assimilation. This treatment is helpful for abuse issues--conscious or unconscious--repetition of negative patterns, behaviors, or relationships, anxiety, discomfort around touch, alcoholism, drug abuse, eating disorders, obsessive/compulsive thinking, control issues, addictions in general. Chong Mai is also an excellent treatment for those with fertility issues, and digestive disturbances of the spirit: unable to manifest ideas, knowledge, dreams, unable to birth a new self, unable to assimilate to new insights, and allow nourishment to be received.
  • Yin Wei Mai: Treats patients with insomnia, anxiety, mental restlessness, chest pain, feeling stuffiness of the chest, feeling oppression or tightness in the chest, apprehension, depression, night
    mares, headaches with pain at the back of the neck and occiput. This treatment will open up the gate to the inner self, calm anxiety around stepping into a new form, and help patients who struggle to open up and struggle with the dissociation of emotions and self
    that is often a survival mechanism for abuse -- anxiety, anger, flatness, out-of-body feeling. Open the heart to unconditional love and
    unwraps the heart chakra with Yin Wei Mai.
  • Dai Mai: Treat patients with temporal headaches, burning urination, difficulty urinating, cold extremities, purple feet, tense outer leg muscles, hip pain, who feel stuck in frustration, struggle with feeling like they are wearing a belt that is too tight, or feeling like they are sitting in cold water up to the waist. Dai Mai will accelerate your  mobility and allow you to move ahead by opening up and expressing your emotions, so that it can be released and reformatted. 
  • Yang Wei Mai: Treatment for patients suffering from alternating chills and fever, pain in the sides of the neck, sides of your trunk, hypochondriac pain, ear issues such as tinnitus and deafness. This treatment is helpful for emotional patterning, and for those who wish to hear the call and see the vision in life--feeling caught in an endless loop of indecision, deaf to inner guidance, inability to let the dead stay dead and let something new flourish, inability to let go, and a fear of failure, and toxic emotional patterns.

The Community Acupuncture Clinic is a flat $70 per treatment. A credit card is due at the time of your first appointment to have on file. This card will be charged before each treatment. There are NO refunds for no-shows.  You can select a treatment from this page or you can just let me know what issue you would like to work on.

 Procedure: When you arrive check in with the front desk. Wendy will get you settled into your room.  After ensuring you are comfortable, we will begin your treatment and I will check on you periodically to ensure that you are warm and comfortable. Please check out the treatments to the left of this text box for treatment options.  You will have your own private room, but you will share Jodie's time with 3 other patients.  Once you are in your room, she will come around to each patient to ask you some questions and start your treatment. Treatments are 30-40 minutes.
